Yes, it's an engagement ring. :)<br /><br />I think one of my biggest problems is that I think too much.. and over analyze. After giving it<br />lots of thought the last 2 months, I decided she's the one for me and it's time to stop over thinking.<br /><br />Ok, one of the many out there that are.. lol. I think I've been looking for the right girl with EVERY quality and feature I want in a woman but have come to the realization that it's not always possible to find that. Everyone has their pros and cons.. and ups and downs. Angela can put up with my cons, and I can put up with hers so I shouldn't pass her by... Besides, her best qualities far outweigh the bad ones. I bought the ring today! It's a 1 1/2 carat sapphire 10k white gold ring with 8 small diamonds. She didn't want diamonds, just her birthstone. So be it!! If you're reading this please don't announce or comment on my Facebook, just message me here. The only person I've told so far is my Mom.. Hopefully the ring will arrive in the next 2 weeks so I can propose on Christmas or at our families get together for Christmas on Dec 19th. :)<br /><br />Before this latest update I was going to reflect on my past.. But given my new views and plans for the future I'm going to write a new chapter starting with this. All the old shit I'm going to save for good coffee chats with my old friends.. ;) And you know who you are!<br /><br />Anyway I better get back to work. Where Do I start??<br /><br />I don't even think it's possible to reflect on the past 2 years. There's been SO many things good and bad that have happened in my life and I honestly could write a book on it. That's not a good thing! Expecially since I try and live my life as simply as possible with no distractions. I think I should leave all the stories to actual conversation and start anew :D<br /><br />I'm out at work right now and it's super quiet here. Most of the contractors working on the expansion have the weekend off so I'm part of a skeleton crew. Fun fun! I'm really looking forward to this weekend, having thanksgiving with my family and meeting Angelas brother and sister for the first time. My mom is coming out with me to Angelas parents farm outside Purdue so she's a little nervous. :) My other highlight is going for coffee with a special old, er, young looking "old" friend of mine tomorrow afternoon, lol.<br /><br />Anyhoo, gotta go and look productive.
